British Foreign Office Minister Mike O'Brien is due to arrive in Colombo on Wednesday for a two-day visit, according to the British High Commission in Sri Lanka.
O'Brien is to meet Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, Constitutional Affairs Minister G. L. Peiris, Minister of Economic Reform Milinda Moragoda and other senior officials to review the progress of Norwegian-brokered peace process and other matters of bilateral interest, Xinhuanet reported.
He will also make a speech titled "New Threats to International Security" in Colombo on Wednesday. The speech will address issues of immediate interest and concern in the global context as well as those of relevance to the peace process in Sri Lanka. (Albawaba.com)
