Budaiya Charity Fund Summer Programme Visit to Batelco Directory Enquiries
Batelco recently welcomed a group of children, who are participating in Budaiya Charity Fund’s Summer Programme, to the Company’s Customer Assistance Centre, located in Telephone House, Salmaniya. The Customer Assistance Centre houses Batelco’s Directory Enquiries Department.
The children and a group of accompanying adults enjoyed a tour of the department and had the opportunity to see Batelco staff in action dealing with calls to Batelco’s 181 and 188 Directory Enquiries. The department handles around 40,000 calls per day from fixed lines and mobile phones.
Batelco regularly facilitates tours of various departments as part of the telecommunication company’s commitment to support community initiatives.
