BURGER KING® CELEBRATES SUPERMAN’S COMEBACK!

Close on the heels of its successful Spongebob Squarepants - Lost in Time campaign, BURGER KING® has a surprise in store for Superman fans beginning July 18, with the launch of the Superman Returns promotion in restaurants across the UAE.
The Superman Returns movie, which is scheduled to hit UAE theatres on July 26, is an epic new chapter in the saga of the world’s most beloved comic book hero. This latest release is sure to inspire moviegoers as Superman’s virtues of heroism and power help him emerge victorious in the face of new challenges from an old archenemy.
Superman Returns traces the action hero’s journey as he struggles to find his place in a society that has learned to live without him. Doing what he does best, Superman strives to save the world by embarking on an adventure that leads him from the depths of the ocean to the far reaches of outer space.
To celebrate the movie’s release in the region, BURGER KING® will be offering imaginative toys and accessories, which are sure to appeal to our young customers. On the purchase of a Kid’s Club Meal, BURGER KING® customers will receive exciting Superman-themed toys. The ‘Superman Shades’ provide 100 percent ultra-violet protection while the ‘Power Step’ pedometer conveniently clips on to your belt and measures every step you take.
Customers will be thrilled by the ‘Super Speed Spinner’ with the Man of Steel sculpted on its wheel, which is launched by simply pulling the rip cord. ‘Up Up and Away Superman’ makes flying sounds when placed at different angles while the ‘Super Breath Blast’ creates a powerful airflow with its fabric fan blades when the plunger is pushed repeatedly. Other cool Superman accessories include the ‘Power Up Band’, ‘Superman Flying Ring’ and the ‘Throw & Fly Superman.’
