It has been reported that the Cairo International Bank (CIB) will hold continuous refresher customer-care service courses for all its front-line staff.

The head of human resource management and administration Haggaaz Ezzeldden was quoted by Panafrican News Agency (PANA) as saying that “the courses were to be conducted by experts from the Uganda Institute of Bankers (UIB).”

Ezzeldden added that the courses were meant to develop worker's skills, to handle customers in the competitive banking industry, noting that “a bank can not grow unless it has a well experienced management and staff.”

He said without refresher training, it was impossible for any bank to command necessary experience, the agency added.

"Cairo International Bank believes in staff training. An exclusive continuous customer care training program for our staff to be conducted by UIB experts has been designed," Ezzeldden said – Albawaba.com
