The Canadian Specialist Hospital’s medical units have conducted free medical tests for Dubai Department of Economic Development’s employees at the old and new headquarters on September 26 and 27 in presence of a large number of officials from both parties. The free medical check up included cholesterol, sugar and pressure tests and body mass index chart conducted under the supervision of specialist doctors, and by using advanced technological devices considered the most modern in the region’s hospitals. The medical team offered the necessary treatments and gave the advices needed by employees, and expressed readiness to cooperate in treating any future case. Speaking on the occasion, H.E Mohammad Rashid Al Falasi, Chairman of Canadian Specialist Hospital, said: “We believe that professional efforts exerted to implement various strategies and push the wheel of growth forward will not be successful enough without an adequate healthcare support. Therefore, we intended to offer the possible advanced treatments available in our hospital as part of our intention to create a healthy and safe community. We are ready to take part in any similar initiative in the future”. “This step aims to strengthen cooperation between various government departments and sectors and is in line with the efforts to adopt new standards of partnership in responsibility and success.
