Capital Plus, a pioneering regional real estate holding company, has announced that it will be showcasing its bouquet of companies and real estate services at Cityscape 2006, the international property investment and development event held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre (DIEC). The move comes as the holding company seeks to diversify its presence in the Middle Eastern markets by addressing the changing requirements of the regional real estate industry.
The company’s Cityscape stall will host architecture and engineering consultants Module International; financial portfolio management firm Feasibility Consultants; web-design and media management company VIRUS International; hospitality management group Five Continents; and digital network solutions provider Converge X. Capital Plus will also be introducing events management and TV production company MMM; children entertainment company SpaceToon Dream; business coffee lounge Foresee and online real estate directory RE Monitor.
Capital Plus will be exhibiting during Cityscape at Stand #ZH20 in a special 225 square meter avant-garde designed stand. The upper-level mezzanine floor will host a VIP studio for specialised real estate TV channel “Al Aqariya TV” to provide live broadcasts from the Cityscape exhibition.
Cityscape Dubai 2006 will be held from December 4th – 6th 2006 and is one of the world’s largest business-to-business real estate platforms. The annual networking exhibition and conference draws participants from 85 countries and focuses on all aspects of the property development cycle.
