One person was killed early Sunday when a car bomb exploded in Vitoria, in Spain's northern Basque country, regional police said.
The explosion in the Basque country's administrative capital took place at 7:45 am (0545 GMT), but the identity of the victim was not immediately known -- BILBAO, Spain (AFP)
