Car bombs targeting Kurdish fighters kill at least 20 in Syria’s Hasakah: state TV

Two car bombs targeting Kurdish fighters detonated in Syria's eastern city of Hasakah on Monday, Reuters reported. One bomb killed at least 20 people with the total number of casualties still unknown.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the first bomb exploded in the northern area of Khashman, the second in the city center.
