ZUMA will celebrate Eid by extending its popular Friday brunch to the three days of Eid, with additional Eid dishes on the menu.
The award-winning brunch concept will offer a range of hot and cold dishes, followed by a dessert bento box featuring a specially created Eid Date Parfait with mint ice cream and coffee cookie, to add to the festive Eid atmosphere.
“Eid is an ideal time to spend time with family and friends, so to take the stress out of entertaining we have extended brunch to the entire Eid period. We also want to welcome back our guests after the summer holidays,” said Colin Clague, executive chef at ZUMA.
Guests can feast on fresh sushi, sashimi and maki rolls from the sushi counter, a variety of small dishes and hot starters from the robatayaki grill - like chicken yakitori and beef skewers, all generously displayed along the sushi and robata counters.
A selection of ZUMA signature dishes - like Barley Miso Baby Chicken and the ever popular Black Cod are available to order from the brunch menu, prepared fresh and served to the table.
ZUMA’s brunch is an option for the whole family, with kids under 11 dining for free when accompanied by an adult (one child per adult). The wide menu and sharing concept is child-friendly. While parents enjoy the ambient music played by ZUMA’s resident DJ, children can enjoy the supervised Kids’ Corner, which features safe, soft flooring; a pirate tent; children’s DVD screening; a drawing table stocked with ZUMA colouring kits; hand puppets and science books.
The ZUMA brunch comes in two options, either priced at AED 325, including non-alcoholic beverages, cleansers and mocktails, or priced at AED 495 including unlimited Bellinis, sake tasters, Ruinart Champagne and an upmarket sommelier’s selection of wines. Prices include a 10% service charge and are subject to 10% authority fees.
