Future Collaboration Channels & Potential Joint projects
H.E. Rashed Mubarak Al Hajeri, Chairman of the Department of Municipal Affairs (DMA), received at Department of Municipal Affairs, Nicolaie Goia, Ambassador of Romania in the United Arab Emirates. The meeting was also attended by H.E. Khalifa Al Mazrouei, General Manager of Abu Dhabi City Municipality.
The attendees discussed relations between the two parties, and the possibility of collaboration in various future economic projects.
H.E. Al Hajeri welcomed Mr. Goia and extended the support of the DMA while calling upon all private and public sector Romanian companies to come and visit Abu Dhabi to witness the growth and potential investment opportunities that exists, as well the possible collaboration in the exchange of “know-how” and implementation of best practices.
“Romania and the UAE have a very good relationship, the UAE is the number one destination for Romanian exports including machinery, tools, furniture and aircraft fuel. We are so keen on enhancing this relationship as we believe that there is a high potential for reciprocal projects and investments as well as exchange of expertise specifically in real estate agriculture and infrastructure development,” said Ambassador Goia.
