Famed for his cutting edge sushi style and fusion of traditional Japanese food with South American flavours, Chef Nobu delighted palettes with the preparation of signature favourites including the New Style Salmon Sashimi and dishes such as Baby Spinach Salad with Dry Miso and Grilled Shrimp as well as the Salmon Brown Rice Salsa served on a bed of crispy Butter Lettuce.
Following the bespoke experience, guests received complimentary Nobu autographed cook books while they relaxed and indulged on a variety of Nobu signature dishes.
