Chef Thierry Papillier ‘s Culinary Classes at Nile Hilton

Chef Theirry Papillier in charge of the Nile Hilton Rotisserie Belvedere Restaurant held his monthly culinary demonstration session at the restaurant..

Chef Thierry a native of Brittany, France, has created new refined gastronomic dishes and menus for the Rotisserie Belvedere. He has an obsession for working with the highest quality ingredients and enhancing their flavours. He chooses the freshest fish, meat and vegetables from the market himself.

Chef Thierry was happy to share his passion with a select group of ladies who were shown during the session how to prepare and cook a complete gastronomic menu : Cappuccino aux champignons, Main Course : Loup de Mer en ecaille de tomates confites sur une tapenade  d’olives, Dessert: Buche de Noel ,  and Tuilles a la noix de coco.A gastronomic lunch followed the demonstration where the ladies enjoyed the menu that had been prepared before them.

To the participants, delight Chef Thierry has invited them to accompany him on his daily trip to the fish market to learn how to select the freshest and the best products .
