Cisco Recognizes Emirates Computers for Customer Satisfaction Excellence
Emirates Computers scored high with its customers in the customer survey on Cisco’s partner portal

Emirates Computers announced that it has won the Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award from Cisco Solutions. The Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment was based upon the customer satisfaction results captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool.

Speaking on this achievement, Mr. Dani Diab, Vice President & General Manager – Abu Dhabi,   Emirates Computers, says, “Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are thrilled that our customers have rated us very high on service and satisfaction. Cisco’s standard for satisfaction is the highest in the industry and we are proud to have achieved that.”

The Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment is based upon the customer satisfaction results captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool. Each quarter, Cisco acknowledges Certified Partners that have the highest customer satisfaction distinction within each geographic region. Customers, Cisco personnel and partners are able to identify partners as having achieved outstanding customer satisfaction as part of Cisco’s worldwide assessment process.
