Civil Case against Bush, Roberts, Gonzales, and Mueller, for Attempted Kidnap and Murder, transferred to Seattle Court
A civil case against President Bush, Chief Justice Roberts, former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, and FBI Director Robert Mueller, has been transferred from Delaware to the US District Court for Western Washington (Seattle). The case addresses restitution for harm caused by a foiled plot to kidnap and murder, and was transferred together with its criminal component which has yet to be addressed by the authorities. High ranking officials who assisted the defendants to evade justice and who aided to conceal the criminal endeavour are also implicated.
The case against Bush, Roberts, Gonzales, Mueller, and their co-conspirators, stems from two abortive kidnap and murder attempts made on the President’s opponent during a 2006 US Supreme Court case (case no. 05-140). The motive to kill the plaintiff was to eliminate him as key witness to crimes committed by President Bush before and during the 2006 Supreme Court case. Amongst the crimes committed during that case are intimidation and retaliation against an opposing litigant, and multiple counts of theft of court records. The ensuing murder plot involved Whitehouse officials, Supreme Court personnel, FBI and FAA agents, and Boeing Company personnel. All attempts to have the murder plot investigated and the offenders prosecuted have thus far been thwarted by the high-level perpetrators. From their positions of authority, they have exercised complete control over the justice and law-enforcement system in order to suppress any charges.
Both the civil and criminal components of the case against President Bush and his co-perpetrators have now been transferred to Seattle as appropriate venue, and docketed under case no. 3:08-cv-5509-KLS (docket items 5, 7, 13, 14, 15, and 18 - 24). The court has been petitioned to separate the criminal and civil aspects and to appoint a special prosecutor. The court has also been motioned for an urgent injunction against the defendants in order to avert further retaliation against the key witness. It remains to be seen what fidelity the Seattle court will demonstrate to the Constitution and to the cause of justice, given the eminent positions of the defendants.
