Clarendon Parker Middle East (CPME), a leading staffing solutions specialist based in Dubai, has brought its expertise to the growing India market with the launch of Clarendon Parker Asia (CPA).

The company, a joint venture between CPME and Rite Choice Consultants, a well-established Mumbai-headquartered recruitment consultancy, provides an extensive range of human resource management solutions, including executive recruitment, contract staffing, managed resource centres, HR consultancy and training services.

The first four offices opened in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi and Bangalore in May, with further offices in Pune, Calcutta, Chennai and Hyderabad due to open by December 2006.

CPA will work for locally-based clients to source and repatriate Indian executives currently working in the Middle East market. Pat Luby, CPA’s Chairman and the Managing Director of CPME, said: “Clarendon Parker Asia will utilise CPME’s state-of-the-art technology and facilities to bring senior Indian personnel back to India to take up vital positions in the local market.

“CPME has an existing database of 170,000 candidates, of which 75,000 are Indian nationals. CPA will use this resource, as well as CPME’s seven Middle East offices to interview and screen candidates for Indian clients.”

Clarendon Parker Middle East was established in the United Arab Emirates in 1994 and has grown to become a regional market leader, with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Working with some of the region’s most prestigious organisations, CPME provides a full range of human resource management solutions.

Viren Rastogi, Managing Director, Rite Choice said: “India’s growing economy has led to a real shortage of quality indigenous executives. We realised a unique opportunity existed in partnering with CPME to bring essential resources from abroad back to India.”

CPA will utilise existing Rite Choice offices and facilities but employ dedicated staff and use CPME’s online technology that incorporates individual portals for clients and candidates alike.

Sridhar Kandagattla, Chief Operating Officer, Clarendon Parker Asia, said: “Our clients across India and the Arabian Gulf can now look forward to an online, integrated, professional recruitment service with unrivalled local resources to help them achieve their key staffing objectives at home and abroad.”
