Collaboration Management and Control Solutions (CMCS), the Primavera and PertMaster Authorized Representative in the Middle East, today announced that they will hold their first annual User Meetings events during April in Dubai, as part of CMCS commitment to their clients in the region. The events will showcase the latest developments of Primavera in Project Management, and PertMaster in Risk Management.
“Markets in the Middle East are dynamic and demanding, and organizations are facing increasing pressures to lead and achieve,” said Bassam Samman, CEO and Founder of CMCS. “Achieving the desired results doesn’t come risk free, some important strategies need to be identified and implemented to ensure the right objectives are met. We have worked with several organizations on implementing project and risk management software, and their positive feedback makes us hold these User Meetings to further strengthen our relationships in serving them and providing the adequate trainings,” added Samman.
The increased awareness and demand for project management contributed to the new features and developments introduced to the Primavera software. Participants in these User Meetings will have the opportunity to experience and learn about these upgrades and the ways to enhance the performance of their existing systems by implementing these new functionalities to achieve the desired results.
“The attendees of the events represent various verticals such as Oil and Gas, Engineering and Construction, Power Energy and Process, Information Technology, Financial Institutions, and government institutions,” said Bita Riahi, Sales and Marketing Manager at CMCS. “We value the long-term relationships we have with our clients in the region, and the User Meetings events will bring an ideal setting to share knowledge and expertise.”
PertMaster, the risk management software will be showcasing the beta version of PertMaster Risk Expert v8.0. This development follows the implementation of the risk management software among organizations, and targeting their demands. The final version release is due in the last quarter of 2006, and will incorporate several functional improvements of risk reporting with charts and graphics, powerful cost modeling, XML data import and export, and flexibility in data editing.
“We are glad to be here among our clients in the Middle East,” said Dick Faris, CTO, Primavera Systems, USA. “We recognize and encourage the increased awareness and implementation of project management software in the region associated with the movement of following global standards in project and risk management”.
