Luxhabitat, UAE’s only luxury property brokerage company focused exclusively on properties in excess of five million dirhams, has bagged an award for the best property website in the CNBC Arabian Property Awards for 2009, which is esteemed to be the world’s most prestigious competition, dedicated to finding the best real estate professionals worldwide. Bearing in mind that luxhabitat.ae was launched last summer, transpiring as one of the region’s best property website in this short period of time is indeed a phenomenal achievement.

“We are so proud of being winners of CNBC Arabian Property awards - a win that reinforces our path to being recognized internationally as a quality-focused brokerage company.” said Oriol Font, Managing Director at Luxhabitat.

“Our website reflects the company’s philosophy and vision of focusing on the most distinct, unique and premium properties in the country. Our positioning is unique in the region but at the same time very much needed because we believe strongly that high-end properties should be treated differently: carefully deciding the way to market them, presenting them to potential buyers in a professional manner, while at the same time providing an exceptional, comprehensive and customized personal service.”

“I take this opportunity to thank and acknowledge all the efforts that contributed to this achievement, which puts Luxhabitat on the global luxury real estate scene.” Font added.

The CNBC Arabian Property Awards will be officially presented at a high profile ceremonial, gala dinner at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai on Monday, 25th October 2009. Later this year, top scoring winners from the CNBC Arabian Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Europe & Africa, the UK, the Americas and the Asia Pacific regions to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
