For Cognos Middle East, this gradual change of emphasis – expanding far beyond the bedrock basis in Business Intelligence with which Cognos made its name – has meant a fivefold increase in investment in personnel.

The author of numerous articles, guidebooks and Best Practice documents, he continues these activities to this day. Prior to his involvement in Cognos Middle East, he worked as a Senior Solution Architect in the United States and elsewhere.
