The Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) has underlined the need for intensifying sectorial studies related to mergers and their feasibility for contracting companies in GCC member states, Qatari official news agency reported.
It also called on GCC states to adopt a unified law for merger and possession in the light of changes that has taken place over the past three decades, the agency said.
