CSB Visit to Batelco
Batelco, Bahrain’s leading Telecommunications Company recently welcomed a group of visitors from the Civil Service Bureau (CSB), Quality Systems Directorate. As part of the visit, which took place on 23rd July at Batelco’s Hamala Headquarters, a presentation was given by Batelco’s Business Excellence & Cost Leadership team.
The Batelco team outlined Batelco’s quality management system activities that have been implemented across Batelco’s Business Units and elaborated on the Company’s business process improvement methodologies and tools such as Balanced Score card and Six Sigma. Furthermore, issues of mutual benefit were discussed in an exchange of knowledge and expertise.
Mr. Mohamed Al-Awadhi Director of Quality Systems, Civil Service Bureau, expressed his thanks to Batelco for providing the opportunity to discuss matters of mutual interest.
