According to AFP, Daesh has claimed responsibility for the deadly Nowruz attack in the Hassakeh province of northeast Syria.
The news was announced via Daesh's radio station, al-Bayan Radio, on Saturday.
The radio station stated that Daesh used both a car and bicycle rigged with explosives.
Forty-five people, including 12 children, were killed in the deadly double explosion, while they were celebrating the Kurdish festival, Nowruz.
