Damascus Radio on Wednesday stressed that oil is the headline of what is going on in the region, while threats are not targeting Iraq and Arabs only, but rather constitute a threat to the entire world.
In its daily political commentary, the state-run radio underlined that US and British endeavors for gathering international support for a military interference in Iraq, have reached their peak.
Cited by SANA, the radio added that recent developments are very dangerous and are used to control the world’s destiny, resources and the will of its peoples. “A thing which ... is not enough to denounce and condemn the war but rather everyone is required to prevent its break out”, the radio concluded.
