Deputy Mayor, Amer Basheer, recently patronized a festivity in Abu Nseir district celebrating the birthday of His Majesty King Abdullah Ibn AL Hussein II.
In his speech, AL Basheer said that this occasion is a feast for all the Jordanian people, in which they reinforce their trust and confidence in the Hashemite leadership which has realized great achievements, to develop the country and maintain its independence and stability.
He also reviewed some of the achievements under His Majesty's regime in all the fields, and the King's concern with the services and infrastructure within a Royal vision that concentrates on conveying the basic services to advanced levels.
President of the local committee of Abu Nseir district, Ziad Awamleh, and the district's manager, Samira Dheyat, both commended the high level of accomplishments and development under the governance of His Majesty, King Abdullah II, expressing their joy and happiness, and their wishes that Jordan always be a safe and secure country under the leadership of the King Abdullah II, the guardian of the country's development process.
The ceremony included poems recitation, praising the leader and the country, in addition to artistic and singing shows performed by Sa'ad Abu Tayeh with participation of GAM band, with a great interaction of the region's residents.
The celebration was attended by the Capital governor, Khaled Armouti, and the University district governor, Talal Abu EL Ghanam, as well as some of GAM officials and GAM council members, and Al Basheer concluded the ceremony by honoring the distinctive employees in Abu Nseir district with plaques of appreciation.
