The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) recently organized a training program on the subject of first aid for its employees, according to Khaleej Times.
The course was part of DEWA’s training program for the year 2002, and DEWA sought the help of an international organization specializing in the field of first aid.
Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Director-General of DEWA stated that, "This training program is considered one of the most important courses introduced by DEWA as it is related to saving lives and reducing injuries to the minimum”.
"The main objective of this program is to train the employees in providing first aid to injured people," he added. (Albawaba.com)
