DIYAR AL MUHARRAQ is also setting a benchmark in urban development by offering reasonably priced housing available across all income groups. It will provide a cohesive mix of residential and commercial properties with housing opportunities for over 120,000 people in around 30,000 housing units. Diyar Al Muharraq will be the first development in Bahrain to offer 40 kilometers of waterfront. This will include walkways, sea-facing parks, sandy beaches and a marina with a pleasant waterfront promenade, making it one of the Kingdom’s most sought after destinations.
