Dnata Travel Services Wins Global Acclaim with Leading Industry Award

Dnata Travel Services has demonstrated its world-class pedigree this week as it received the coveted award for ‘World’s Leading Travel Management Company’ at the World Travel Awards 2010. Hailed as “The Oscars of the Travel Industry” by the Wall Street Journal, the World Travel Awards is recognised worldwide as the ultimate travel accolade. WTA 2010 nominations featured 5,000 companies in 1,000 categories across 162 countries. The winners were selected by thousands of industry professionals and consumers worldwide who have been voting online. Dnata Travel Services (DTS) receives the award for the second consecutive year – a year during which they have demonstrated consistently high customer service; launched travel publications; focused on providing exceptional value-for-money holiday experiences and lead the market with a range of technological advances to travel systems. The business has an extensive network of over 100 well-located outlets, all staffed by expert travel consultants. Over the past five years, the company has also grown a wide-reaching international presence, including a complete footprint across the GCC. During the past 12 months alone, the business has opened new outlets in Qatar, Bahrain and the UAE. Looking to the future, DTS has expansion plans beyond the GCC region, recently announcing its plans to launch in India next year.
