A memorial service for the Filipino and Indian victims of the Dubai dry-docks incident was held earlier this week at the St Mary's Church.
Amongst those who attended the service were the Dubai dry-docks officials, headed by their Chief Executive Officer Keith Burgess and the Philippine Labor Attaché in Dubai Carmelita Arriola and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Center Coordinator Betty Walkington, according to Khaleej Times.
