DTZ has appointed two senior staff for their Dubai office.
David Le Bail joins as Director of Consulting reporting to Martin Cooper, Head of Consulting MENA. David will be responsible for delivering the consulting business plan in the UAE, operating out of DTZ's Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. David will also play a regional role on strategic consulting engagements.
David brings with him extensive real estate development experience gained across the Middle East. He has held development director roles with Emaar and Dubai Maritime City as well as senior positions with other global consultancy firms.
David has Bachelor and Master Degrees in Industrial Economics and Management and holds an MBA from Cornell University, USA.
Antony Schober has been appointed as Associate Director, Valuation - reporting to Edd Brookes, Head of Valuation MENA. Antony brings with him a wealth of experience gained both in Australia and the Middle East. His valuation expertise spans across a wide range of asset classes to include residential, masterplanned communities, commercial, industrial and specialised properties.
Antony is a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) and holds a degree in Business Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Property and Construction.
