As a step towards further strengthening the calibre of its Emirati staff, a batch of du’s Emirati staff completed Dubai Men’s College’s English-language training programme.
du representatives at the ceremony included Fahad Al Hassawi, Chief Human Capital and General Services Officer, Jamal Lootah, Senior Director National Recruitment and Development, and Ali Al Mansoori, National Recruitment and Development Specialist. Representatives from Dubai Men’s College included Dr. Robert W. Richards, Senior Director, Dubai Men's College and Ahmad Abdulrahman Sharif, Chair, Corporate, PR and Student Development.
Since launch in 2007, du has been offering courses to its staff pertaining to technical training, office skills, management skills, customer service where participants get practical experience by interfacing with experienced company staff members.
As part of its Emiratisation efforts, du will be offering more training courses in collaboration with various reputed educational institutions in the UAE.
