Dubai Hosts Call Center Expo

The annual Call Center conference and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) show (MECC 2000) kicked off Tuesday in Dubai, Emirate's News Agency (WAM) reported. 

MECC 2000, the 3-day event is set to highlight developments and innovations in the industry in a combined conference and exhibitions format. 

On the conference side, there will be a program presented by experienced practitioners from the region and a number of leading international authorities such as the Powerhouse Consulting, Kathleen Peterson. Peterson will be delivering one of the conference keynotes entitled: Call Centers: Putting the R in CRM. The program has been designed to help people improve their call center management skills and also help them with devising a CRM strategy for their organization -- Albawaba.com
