The annual Call Center conference and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) show (MECC 2000) kicked off Tuesday in Dubai, Emirate's News Agency (WAM) reported.
MECC 2000, the 3-day event is set to highlight developments and innovations in the industry in a combined conference and exhibitions format.
On the conference side, there will be a program presented by experienced practitioners from the region and a number of leading international authorities such as the Powerhouse Consulting, Kathleen Peterson. Peterson will be delivering one of the conference keynotes entitled: Call Centers: Putting the R in CRM.
