Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), the region's leading destination for higher education and a member of TECOM Investments Education Cluster, today announced it hosted over 20 heads of universities based at the cluster
Chaired by Dr Ayoub Kazim, Managing Director, Education Cluster – TECOM Investments, the meeting organised by DIAC Partners Relations Management division aimed to bring together key decision makers in the DIAC community to discuss strategic matters and future developments in a high-level roundtable discussion. The topics ranged from research and development, accreditation and recognition challenges, as well as measures to reaffirm Dubai's status as an education hub.
Dubai International Academic City hosts over 30 institutions from 13 different countries including the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, India, France, Singapore, Russia, Pakistan, Iran, Lebanon and the UAE. Approximately 15,000 students are currently enrolled into the various programmes offered at the campuses within DIAC.
