Celebrating the third anniversary of its launch, representatives of Dubai Sports Channel visited Shiekh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the deputy ruler of Dubai and the UAE's minister of finance and industry.
According to Emirates’ official news agency (WAM), the delegation extended Ramadan greetings and briefed the sheikh on the channel’s achievements in 3 years.
Shaikh Hamdan praised the effort of the staff and said the channel had become a window for the world of sport in the UAE in just a short time. He added that the channel needed to double its efforts to keep up standards of professional excellence in view of the tough the competition from other channels – Albawaba.com
