A panel has started judging works submitted to the Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed Children's Creativity Award, organized by the Dubai Women's Association. Twenty-five contestants have set their eyes on winning the poetry prizes.
Amongst other activities of the association is the Holy Quran Memorization contest, which has already ended. The association also participates in the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) at the Hatta Heritage Village.
The Health Committee of the association is organizing lectures and health programs on the occasion of World Dental Day from March 9th to 17th, according to Gulf News.
In addition, the committee also organized for the second year an environmental contest, in cooperation with the Al Khawaneej branch of the association. (Albawaba.com)
