As part of its strategy to penetrate new markets and expand across the region, e-Points, a member of the OFFTEC Investment Group PLC under ticker BDIN, is launching a new website and e-newsletter to provide its 93,000 cardholders and the 350 merchants that make up the exclusive network with more access and control over their accounts, in addition to keeping them up-to-date with all the latest news, special offers and developments concerning e-Points.

The new user-friendly website has been designed according to the new identity e-Points has adopted, and will provide merchants with improved means to manage their accounts, review account activity and balances, whilst also providing cardholders with regular updates concerning the latest outlets to join the network, details about special offers and promotions, in addition to being able to manage and access their accounts online.

The new personalized e-newsletter, which mirrors the look and feel of the new website, will be mailed automatically to all cardholders and will include account balance information such as points earned and redeemed as well as details about special offers, helpful tips and latest e-Points news.

Marwan Said, Managing Director of e-Points said, “In view of e-Points strategy to better service its cardholders and network of merchants, we have revamped our website to give it more functionality and a fresher and more modern look and feel, whilst at the same time launching an e-newsletter that will enhance the e-Points experience for our cardholders.”

He added, “Our unified Website and e-Newsletter go hand in hand with our plans to enhance our position by expanding our services across the region. We want to appeal to the new markets we have already gained and the ones we plan to launch in over the coming year.”

In a very short period of time, e-Points has been able to develop an exclusive network of over 350 of the leading retail, hospitality and service outlets in Amman and Aqaba.

e-Points also recently launched its services in the West Bank attracting over 80 participating merchants from the leading dining, fashion, service, family circle and foodstuff outlets, and expects to create a solid clientele base of 50,000 cardholders by the end of this year. Further regional expansion is also expected later on in the year.
