Eat Light, a healthy eating concept designed by Cateriya Catering Services and Shape Express, the one and only boutique gym exclusively for women have signed an agreement to market their respective healthy options for ladies in Dubai. Under the terms of the agreement, existing and future members of Shape Express will be given the opportunity to sign-up for the Eat Light programme at a preferred price.
The Eat Light menus, which are available in Shape Express gyms in Bur Dubai and Jumeirah and not only offer healthy nutriscious fayre, but also contain a dietary guide which educates and supports heath-conscious women. In addition, a dedicated dietician from Cateriya is on call to discuss the most appropriate dietary cycle to complement specific fitness regimes and lifestyles. Taking the form of a month-long cycle, breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks can be delivered anywhere in Dubai at anytime (excluding Friday) for just AED 2,500 per month.
