BCW to lease low-cost, flexible office space


Economic Zones World, one of the world's largest developers and operators of economic zones and business parks and the parent company of Jafza, TechnoPark and other specialized economic zones, recently signed an agreement with Regus Group, specialized in managing, reserving and leasing equipped offices and meeting rooms for the management of Business Centers World (BCW), subsidiary to Economic Zones World, in a step aiming at reinforcing the services and facilities it provides for its customers.

At the singing of the contract, Mrs. Salma Hareb, CEO, Jafza and Economic Zones World said:

“The Business Centers World constitutes an added value for a wide range of services and facilities we provide to our customers wherever they may be. The establishment of BCW comes within the framework of identifying a ‘Business Center’ concept to establish business centers that are in line with our strategy of delivering quality services and innovative products."

Business Centers World includes several fully-furnished offices distributed over all the buildings subsidiary to Economic Zones World, in addition to round-the-clock work stations access with network connections, meeting and conference rooms equipped with top-notch visual and audio equipment and business lounges in addition to professional staff providing administrative and secretarial services upon request.

BCW features include no upfront cost and low market penetration costs, flexible terms for leasing office spaces, as leasing period varies between one month to two years, in addition to increasing productivity of clients by letting them focus more on their business, rather than the administrative side of it.
