Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has received a message from his Ukrainian counterpart, Leonid Kuchma.
The message was delivered to President Mubarak during a meeting with Ukraine's Foreign Minister Anatoliy Zlenko in Cairo Thursday, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
