ALBAWABA - In accordance with a deal made with Israel, the Egyptian authorities agreed on upping the volume of fuel sent daily to the Gaza Strip from 129,000 liters to 189,000 liters.
The head of Egypt’s State Information Service, Diaa Rashwan, said in a statement that Egypt is continuing intensive efforts to ensure the entry of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
"Since Tuesday, relief aid trucks began crossing the Rafah border terminal to the Karem Abu Salem crossing in implementation of an agreement with the Israeli side" Rashwan added.
Rashwan assured that the total number of trucks that have crossed from the Rafah border crossing to the Gaza Strip is 4,057 since the beginning of aid entry into the enclave from the Egyptian side of the crossing.
He added that relief aid trucks have been crossing the Rafah border terminal to the Karem Abu Salem crossing since Tuesday, in accordance with an agreement reached with the Israeli side. This is expected to increase the number of trucks arriving in the Gaza Strip to 60 to 80 per day, he said.
Al-Aqsa Flood operation against Israel

Palestinian fighters “infiltrated” Israel from the Gaza Strip and captured military bases and took hostages as photos and videos went viral online showing Hamas fighters on vehicles inside Israel and others paragliding into occupation territory.
In response, Israeli armed forces announced targeting Hamas positions inside the Gaza Strip. Thousands were killed, and dozens of thousands of others were injured in the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip.
