Egyptian Prime Minister Atef Obeid said on Wednesday he had been taken to hospital after problems with his pacemaker, but said he was feeling "better than ever" now and would be going home within hours.
It is the second time this week that Obeid, 71, has been taken to hospital. The Egyptian politician was rushed to hospital on Sunday after being overcome by exhaustion, but was released a few hours later after tests showed he was in good health.
Obeid has been in office since October 1999, and has held a series of government posts since 1955.
