ALBAWABA - Cairo has a comprehensive plan for reconstructing Gaza without evicting any of its citizens, Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Aty said on Sunday. Abdel Aty stressed Egypt's concerted efforts with Arab countries and the UN to carry out this plan at a joint news conference with Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, the foreign minister of Djibouti.

In order to achieve a genuine political solution that would eventually result in the creation of a Palestinian state, Abdel Aty emphasized that the rebuilding process is an essential first step. He emphasized that stopping recurring cycles of violence and devastation is essential to establishing long-term security and stability in the area.

The Egyptian minister listed immediate rehabilitation plans for Gaza, giving priority to healthcare, sanitation, and water supply. He said that Egypt is collaborating with the UN to create a thorough strategy for quick relief and reconstruction.

Abdel Aty reiterated Egypt's continued efforts to guarantee the three-phase ceasefire agreement's complete implementation. In order to address the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza, he emphasized the need of establishing a lasting peace and called for the unhindered admission of necessary assistance, including as food, medical supplies, and housing materials.
