EgyptAir signed last Thursday an agreement with the Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (Mobinil), according to the agreement, Mobinil will offer an audio service on its network enabling its subscribers to obtain all the information regarding EgyptAir flights.

EgyptAir regional manager in Amman, Adel Abdulhadi, told Albawaba.com that this agreement was signed to facilitate communications between clients and the company and “enable Mobilnil subscribers to obtain all the necessary information on EgyptAir’s departure and arrival, ticket booking and travel date confirmation.”

He indicated that the audio service will “keep us in direct contact with our clients to receive the inquiries, suggestions or complaints they may deem necessary to make.”

“In case of luggage loss or delay, passengers can search for it by telephone. If the luggage is found, the passenger will be contacted immediately to receive it,” the official added.

Al Hadi said also that the service will be offered locally, but it will be provided on the web in the near future in a more comprehensive manner -- Albawaba.com
