Another Egyptian man burned to death his 28-year-old wife in the Matrieh area following an argument they had on Eid’s sweets, a report said Thursday.
According to a report published by the Arabic Al Bayan newspaper, a quarrel broke out between Manal Abdul Latif and her husband Rabei Al Adawi because he refused to buy the traditional Eid Al Fitr doughnuts.
Adawi lost his head in the heated argument and threw the Kerosene stove at his wife, setting her on fire.
She was rushed to hospital, but could not make it, said the report.
