Emaar Properties PJSC, the global property developer, and Emaar Middle East, its subsidiary focused on projects in Saudi Arabia, will leverage their participation in Cityscape Jeddah to highlight the on-schedule progress and commitment to project delivery.
Emaar Middle East is showcasing its three flagship projects in the Kingdom – Jeddah Gate, Al Khobar Lakes and Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah – at the premier real estate investment and development event to be held from June 7 to 9, 2010 at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events.
At the expo, Emaar will showcase other international projects including residential master-planned communities in Turkey, Pakistan and Egypt, amongst others. Emaar today has a significant presence in 16 global markets with over 94 million sq ft of completed real estate development.

Emaar Middle East's pavilion at Cityscape Jeddah will spread over an area of 135 sq m. In addition to models of Jeddah Gate, Al Khobar Lakes and Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah, the pavilion will also have video displays of the projects in progress. The company's representatives will explain the various aspects of the projects and help visitors gain a clear overview of the projects and their completion schedules.
Jeddah Gate is a SR 6 billion mixed-use project spread over approximately half a million sq m featuring residential units; commercial units; and 75,000 sq m of gross leasable area for retailers. Top-end retailers and several food & beverage outlets will function in close proximity to the towers. The sale of Abraj Al Hilal, a cluster of three high-rise residential towers within Jeddah Gate, gained strong home buyer and investor response.
Al Khobar Lakes is a luxury lakefront development set on about 4.3 million sq m featuring 80,000 sq m of serene water bodies. It is one of the premier lakefront developments and the largest integrated community in Eastern Province. It features more than 2,000 private villas with retail and leisure amenities that are perfect for family living. The Al Nada and Al Ghadeer residential villages have been launched to overwhelming home buyer and investor response.
The Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah is located directly on the Haram Plaza.
