Dr. Rahma Bin Mohammed Al Shamsi, Emarat Retail Sales Manager, honoured one of the corporation’s service stations supervisors for his integrity and honesty. The said supervisor had found a Cash Cheque worth AED 100,000, after being misplaced by one of the customers.
Dr. Rahma welcomed the supervisor, Mr. Ajay Thomass, to his office, in the presence of Mr. Abdulla Hassan Al Noman, Manager, Retail Sales Operations, and personally thanked him for his integrity, honesty, good behaviour and sense of responsibility. He presented him with a cash prize, gift and certificate in appreciation for his dedication.
In a statement, Dr. Rahma said that “Emarat feels proud to have such honest employees working for its service stations. With their actions, they assert day after day the corporation’s reputation and excellent image among the society and prove their loyalty and excellent service through their civilized behaviour towards Emarat customers.”
He added that such incidents may be repeated at various service stations and sometimes may not be restricted to money but other valuables like mobile phones, sunglasses, briefcases and other items. Such valuables are handed over to their rightful owners immediately after checking their identity.
He said that the corporation ensures the selection of the best human resources to work within its various facilities to assure the best service, quality, honesty and integrity towards clients.
The customer expressed his deep appreciation for recovering his lost Cheque and thanked all Emarat staff for their integrity and feeling of responsibility.
