Emirates Sharjah office reopens following extensive renovations

The Emirates Sharjah office has reopened for business today following an extensive refurbishment.
 
Covering 700 square metres the newly revamped space features 11 customer service counters dedicated to flight bookings, Emirates Holidays’ reservations and general customer enquiries.
 
Extending Emirates’ award-winning standards of service, customer sales representatives speak a variety of languages such as Arabic, English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi, reflecting the broad mix of customers residing in the emirate.
 
Speaking at the opening, Ahmed Khoory, Emirates’ Senior Vice President Commercial Operations, Gulf, Middle East and Iran said: “The renovation of our Sharjah office signifies our increasing need to expand our services within the emirate. Sharjah remains an important market for Emirates and we are dedicated to ensuring our customers have access to the best customer service amenities, to help facilitate their bookings whether for business or leisure.”
 
Equipped with the latest LCD screens and comfortable seating the new interior will facilitate a relaxed, productive environment for all staff and Emirates customers.
