The two-way trade between Japan and the UAE recorded a 74 percent surge year-on-year in the first six months of this year in the backdrop of a steep increase in oil prices and a nine percent growth in Japanese exports, Emirates news agency (WAM) reported.
The agency quoted Japan External Trade Organization (Jetro) as saying that the bilateral trade grew from 4.75 billion dollars to 8.28 billion dollars year-on-year in the first six months -- Albawaba.com
