Our software package of integrated insurance, financial, workflow and Document Management systems came as a best fit to the scenario that SEIB had in mind”, added Salah.

The ESKADENIA systems to be deployed are designed to help SEIB manage and automate its operations, reduce operational cost, speed up work, ensure a high level of security and improve customer service.

“SEIB has ambitious plans and needed the technology to assist us implement them. After an extensive search, we have selected ESKADENIA being an end-to-end software solution provider that can target the features needed to help us operate within the regulatory framework of the QFCRA and meet our business objectives”, stated Albert Madendjian, CEO of SEIB Insurance & Reinsurance Company.

The General and Medical Insurance systems will provide a collaborative environment for information management across SEIB and enable users to capture up-to-the-minute information whenever required. The insurance systems, in addition, integrate with the Financial, Human Resources, and Payroll modules of ESKADENIA® Business Manager to maintain the needed information and account updates.

The package comes along with advanced Workflow, Document Management (DMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to complete the automation of SEIB operations in phase two of the project.

The systems will also provide users with advanced real-time reports and statistics in the form of charts, diagrams and management dash boards to analyse operational performance and support the decision making process.

Developed using Microsoft .Net technology and using Oracle Databases, the web-based systems will allow SEIB employees to define insurance products, manage production, and run daily insurance transactions in an efficient and simple manner. Through the systems’ location-independent interface, the company will be able to efficiently handle greater volumes of operations and smoothly manage work processes.
