The Ministry of Business & Trade and World Trade Center Qatar announced that the 3rd edition of “Estate Qatar 2010: Qatar Property Investment Forum”, will be held this year at the Four Seasons Hotel on the 24th & 25th of March, 2010.
Chadi Abou Daher, Regional Manager of World Trade Center Qatar, said at a press conference held at the Ministry of Business & Trade that ESTATE Qatar 2010 continues in its third edition to provide timely and insightful perspectives on the future of the property market in Qatar and the region. Property developers, financiers, investors, and consultants are brought together to debate alternative practices and strategies for a sustainable and balanced growth of real estate industry. He added that ESTATE QATAR 2010 focuses on the changing fundamentals of the real estate market in the post global financial and economic crisis era.
Abou Daher highlighted that the Forum has evidently became Qatar’s leading real estate event, which is much anticipated by industry professionals from around the region. Through two days of panel discussions, intensive debates, and multiple networking opportunities participants are provided with a unique platform to share their ideas, experiences, and build future alliances.
The 3rd edition of the Forum will highlight the impact of Qatar National Vision 2030 on the future of real estate investment in light of planned and current projects. It will also review the latest developments in the Qatari and regional property market, and provide a unique opportunity for launching new projects.
Year after year, the Forum has reinforced its international standing though a diversified international speakership faculty and participants. About 50 speakers will contribute to the event through the different panel sessions. The topics highlighted will include the Changing Economic Fundamentals of Real Estate Investments, Funding Real Estate Development Projects, The New Dynamics of Real estate Markets, Corporate Consolidation Strategies, Overview of Sub Real Estate Sectors in Qatar: Residential, Commercial & Hospitality, Analysis of Global Real Estate Investments in 2010, Investing Wisely in the Property Market, and Qatar National Vision 2030.
ESTATE Qatar 2010 will continue the distinguished “CEO Debate” session which was introduced in the last edition. Held on the first day of the forum, The CEO Debate offers an exciting interactive platform bringing together key market players and professionals to share their expertise and knowledge. CEO’s will debate winning strategies and industry issues. Through their personal experience they will bring insights on where the region real estate developments are heading and where future opportunities lie.
Abou Daher concluded by emphasizing that the Forum continues to evolve in both format and content. The third edition will mark the introduction of the concept of “Business Matchmaking”, which offers an ultimate Business-to-Business platform bringing people and ideas together. Beside the many networking sessions provided during the two-day program, the Forum facilitates formal connections among participants.
