etisalat academy graduates 50 oman mobile managers
Etisalat Academy eCompetency Center today graduated 50 employees of Oman Mobile, from the Academy’s ‘Leadership Program’. Over the course of their studies, Oman Mobile’s staff were assessed on their leadership ability through state-of-the-art systems and judged in comparison with the most prestigious international leadership benchmarks. The program was provided by Etisalat Academy’s eCompetency centre in collaboration with SHL Group International form UK
The graduation ceremony was sponsored by HE Eng. Sultan Al Harthy, Chairman of Omantel Group. It was attended by Dr. Amer Al Rawas, Managing Director, Oman Mobile, Mariam Mohammad, Competency Centre Manager, Suzan Annie, Consultant, Competency Centre, Andrew Keak, Consultant of SHL Group, and many other senior managers from Oman Mobile. HE Eng. Sultan Al Harthy, presented the graduation certificates to the participants.
The program focused on assessing the current status of the department heads and managers competency, and determined the procedures required to develop them. A team of consultants from Etisalat Academy e Competency Center and SHL Group (UK) supervised the program.
