Etisalat announces Free Incoming calls during Hajj

Etisalat announced today that it has made it more convenient for its customers to keep in touch with their loved ones when conducting their pilgrimage to the Holy Land. Etisalat customers will be able to receive unlimited incoming voice calls, for free, while roaming in Saudi Arabia (KSA) on 'Mobily' network, anytime till 21 November.

In addition, Etisalat also announced the permanent reduction of call tariffs for all voice calls to a discounted rate of up to 61%, while roaming in KSA on 'Mobily' network. As per the revamped rates, all outgoing voice calls within KSA and calls to UAE/GCC; and any outgoing SMS will be charged at a simplified flat rate of AED1.25 per minute/SMS. A one-time call connection fee of AED 2.5 will be applied for every outgoing international voice call. Customers will continue to enjoy free incoming SMS while roaming. After the free offer period ending 21 November, all incoming voice calls will be permanently charged at a reduced rate of AED 1.25 per/minute while roaming in KSA on 'Mobily' network.

Etisalat's postpaid as well as Wasel prepaid customers are entitled to this offer. This includes postpaid customers who have already activated their roaming service, while other postpaid customers can enable their roaming service before traveling to KSA.
